For those of you who know me, you know that I am a bit unconventional. I like to decorate cakes in the middle of the night. So,the other night I got to make the funnest cake. It is completely edible, all made with sugar, and looks to be extremely healthy, but it's not. I present the "Salad" cake. Notice the details, variety of lettuce leafs, onions, cherry tomatoes, radishes, carrots, olives, and croutons. I love making cakes like this and the challenge they present. So if you drive by Dippidee in the middle of the night and see the lights on, it is me creating something you can't even imagine.
